Keynote Speaker: Dr. Seth Berkley

Dr. Seth Berkley, founder of the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), spoke at the 2009 World AIDS Day event in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin.  With his extensive experience working in the field of HIV/AIDS research and vaccine development, Dr. Berkley has dedicated much of his work to developing and ensuring universal access to HIV treatment and prevention.

The best vaccine imaginable is only valuable to the extent we get it to everyone who needs it.
