STIGMA, PREJUDICE, AND LEGAL RESPONSES TO HIV/AIDS (2014)

The 2014 Father Michael Kelly HIV/AIDS Event took place on Wednesday 5th November, as part of the Irish Forum for Global Health International Conference 2014. Unfortunately, Father Michael was unable to attend in person, but instead delivered the opening and introduction via a pre-recorded address from Zambia. Father Michael invited two long-time collaborators to speak in his place: Noerine Kaleeba (Co-Founder of The AIDS Support Organisation TASO,  Chair of Uganda’s National Health Research Organisation, and Programme Development Advisor to the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS)), and Nadine Ferris France (HIV Advocate, Researcher, and Operations Director of the Irish Forum for Global Health).
